- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect details may result in delivery issues, for which the customer is accountable.
- Customs and import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
- To minimize import fees, we mark all packages as “gifts” with a declared value under $100.
- Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships.
- Note that tracking updates on the shipping company’s website may take up to 5 business days to appear.
