3. Can you send detailed pictures of the watch I’m interested in?
We strive to provide detailed information and images of our watches. However, during peak times, our customer support and warehouse teams prioritize existing orders. After placing your order, you will receive Quality Control (QC) photos within 2-6 days before shipping. These allow you to review the watch and either confirm it meets your expectations or request a replacement or refund.

4. What type of glass is used in Ticking Lux watches?
The type of glass varies by grade:
A Grade: Equipped with Hardlex mineral crystal, which is enhanced with boron and proprietary heat treatment for greater hardness and scratch resistance compared to standard mineral glass.
Superclone Grade: Features sapphire crystal, rated 9/10 on the Mohs hardness scale (just below diamond). Sapphire is highly scratch-resistant and offers exceptional clarity, making it ideal for daily wear or travel.

5. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes, once your order is processed, it takes 2-6 days to move from our warehouse to the Quality Control department for thorough inspection. After approval, your watch is shipped via EMS or DHL, and you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery typically takes 10-25 business days.
6. Does the watch come with a branded box and papers?
To keep shipping and product costs low, our watches are shipped without a branded box or papers. However, you can add a box as a separate item during checkout if desired.

7. Will I face customs duties on my package?
We ship all packages as “Gifts” with a declared value under $100 to minimize the likelihood of customs fees or taxes. 8. Are Ticking Lux watches water-resistant or waterproof?
A Grade: Water-resistant, suitable for everyday use but not for swimming or diving.

9. What payment methods does Ticking Lux accept?
We encourage payments via cryptocurrencies for their speed, security, and anonymity, offering a 10% discount to incentivize this method. Cryptocurrency payments include Buyer Protection and can be set up in about 5 minutes if you’re new to crypto.
We also accept PayPal and Visa/Mastercard in a limited capacity, as some payment processors restrict transactions for replica products. This may lead to additional verifications or occasional limitations on processing. For the smoothest experience, we recommend using cryptocurrency.
10. Does the second hand run smoothly or sweep?
