After placing your order, you will receive Quality Control (QC) photos within 2-6 days before shipping. These allow you to review the watch and either confirm it meets your expectations or request a replacement or refund.

Yes, once your order is processed, it takes 2-6 days to move from our warehouse to the Quality Control department for thorough inspection. After approval, your watch is shipped via EMS or DHL, and you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery typically takes 10-25 business days.
To keep shipping and product costs low, our watches are shipped without a branded box or papers. However, you can add a box as a separate item during checkout if desired.

We ship all packages as “Gifts” with a declared value under $100 to minimize the likelihood of customs fees or taxes.
